Microblading/ PMU appointment booking terms & conditions
A £50 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is payable upon booking to secure the appointment date.
Appointments are not confirmed until this payment has been made.
Any client wishing to reschedule an appointment for microblading/ PMU must do so with at least 7 DAYS NOTICE to avoid their booking fee being lost.
Booking fees are non-refundable but are transferrable against a new appointment date (with at least 7 days’ notice) This includes Colour Boost bookings.
To avoid loss of booking fee please contact us to check your suitability for treatment if you have had any previous Microblading/ PMU or if you have any medical conditions or take any medications.
If we are unable to treat you your booking fee will not be refunded.
Booking Terms for all other services
Cancellation policy
We require AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE for appointments to be changed or cancelled, any appointments changed or cancelled after this time will be charged at 50%. This also applies if you do not turn up for your appointment.
Patch Tests
The Wow Brow, Tinting services, Lash Lift & Tint/ Brow Lamination/ LA Brows & Eyelash Extensions all require a patch test before treatment.
You MUST now arrange to call in for a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment. This applies to new clients and any previous clients that have not had this treatment with us for over 6 months, or have had any changes in medical history since the last treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse a treatment and appointments will still be charged. Some treatments require the area to be kept dry after treatment, please check before booking if you are unsure.
